Our Baby AI — Terms of Use

Welcome to Our Baby AI, listed on the App Store as "Baby Generator AI: Our Baby" ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use.

The service

Our Baby AI uses AI to generate a predicted baby image from two parent photos you provide. Results are for entertainment and personal use only and are not a medical, genetic, or factual prediction.

Eligibility & your content

• You must be 13 or older to use the app, and only upload photos of adults who consent to being processed.
• You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload. You retain ownership of your photos and generated images.

Subscriptions & billing

• Our Baby AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Yearly and Weekly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
• Any introductory or promotional price applies only as described at purchase; the standard price applies thereafter.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content, or to impersonate others.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
